K | India: A Critical-Culture Briefing
India has become a major player in the global marketplace. Understanding how best to collaborate with India and Indians can be a critical asset to individuals and companies, while unresolved cultural challenges can create real stumbling blocks. This workshop will help participants understand the critical cultural differences and identify how to communicate, negotiate, and work effectively with their Indian partners, be it for outsourcing, BPO, or R&D projects, or for partnering with Indians in collaborations, joint ventures, or M&As.
