The field of Inclusion & Diversity is changing rapidly, and in many organizations is merging with intercultural work. This workshop will cover trends in Inclusion & Diversity as the field globalizes, along with a framework for integrating domestic and global inclusion perspectives and practices. We will examine the five dimensions of the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory, a summary of data collected so far from a dozen multinational organizations, and features of the new 360 version of the inventory. Participants will have access both to the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory and to a new ebook with the title: “Inclusive Leadership: From Awareness to Action.”
